Joanna Gordon Martin has spent years as a respected entrepreneur, investor and biotech industry executive. She founded Theia Senior Solutions to meet the needs of clients she understands well: adult children facing the decline of a parent’s health while at the peak of their own career and family obligations.

Darlene Spagnola

Darlene Spagnola

Director of Client Services

Darlene brings to Theia over 20 years of geriatric experience with a specific interest on Alzheimer's Disease, having specialized in work with seniors as well as caregivers.  For ten years, she was Executive Director of the Senior Care Center of Hunterdon Healthcare of New Jersey, managing a staff of licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants and home health aides who directly contributed to the center’s geriatric services.  Darlene also implemented training programs for staff and the center’s support groups for family caregivers.

Dr. Jen Meller

Jennifer A. Meller, MD, MBA

Dr. Jennifer Meller, founder and director of Park Avenue Medicine in New York City’s Upper East Side. Dr. Meller graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1996, completed her internship and residency training at NYU/ Bellevue in 1999. She then joined the faculty practice at New York Presbyterian – Columbia, and spent over ten years practicing Internal Medicine in Riverdale, NY, where she built a very large and successful predominantly Geriatric practice. During this time, Dr. Meller became well versed in the particular challenges that aging patients and their families face. She remains passionate about easing the aging process, and is excited to be part of the Theia team.
